Kılıçkaya is a town in Yusufeli district of Artvin Province, Turkey. The population of the town is 1212 as of 2011. In 1547, the town was incorporated in to Ottoman Empire. After Russian occupation following the Russo-Turkish War (1877-1878) Kılıçkaya was returned to Turkey.
