Elâzığ Province is a province of Turkey with its seat in the city of Elâzığ. The source of the Euphrates river is located in this province. The province has a population of 552,646 as of 2010. Gezin
Gezin is a town in Maden district of Elazığ Province, Turkey at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:38|31|N|39|31|E||| | |name= }}. It is on Turkish state highway D.885 on the east shore of Lake Hazar, 25 kilometres from Maden and 55 kilometres from Elazığ. As of 2011 the population was 1288. Formerly Gezin was situated several kilometers east of its present location, but was moved to its present place by the lake. In 1994 Gezin was declared a seat of township.
