Akçakiraz

Akçakiraz (former Perçenç) is a town in the central district of Elazığ Province, Turkey. Situated at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:38|37|N|39|16|E||| | |name= }}, it is only 7 kilometres south of Elazığ and near the junction of two Turkish state highways D.300 and D.885 which connect Elazığ to Bingöl and Diyarbakır respectively . The population of Akçakiraz is 6437 as of 2011.

Elazığ Province

Elâzığ Province is a province of Turkey with its seat in the city of Elâzığ. The source of the Euphrates river is located in this province. The province has a population of 552,646 as of 2010. The population of the province was 569,616 in 2000 and 498,225 in 1990. The total area of the province is 9,153 square kilometres, 826 km of which is covered by reservoirs and natural lakes. The current governor of the province is Muammer Erol (since 2006).

Payamdüzü

Payamdüzü is a village in Çemişgezek district of Tunceli Province, Turkey. At {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:38|58|N|38|59|E||| | |name= }} it is situated at the north of the Keban Dam resorvoir. Distance to Çemişgezek is 15 kilometres and to Tunceli is 110 kilometres . The population of Payamdüzü is 565 as of 2011. The original name of the village was Sinsor which was changed to Payamdüzü (literally Almond plains) in 1947, upon the suggestion of Kâzım Karabekir.
