Frankley Reservoir

Frankley Reservoir is a semi-circular reservoir for drinking water in Birmingham, England. Its construction was authorised by the Birmingham Corporation Water Act of 1892. It was built by Birmingham Corporation Water Department to designs by Abram Kellett of Ealing in 1904.

Bartley Reservoir

Bartley Reservoir is a reservoir for drinking water in Birmingham, England. It covers 460,000 square metres. The reservoir is about 0.65 miles long, over 450m wide, and about 60 feet deep at the dam. Its surface area is 110 acres . It is known as the place where Bill Oddie did much of his early birdwatching, and features in his books (notably Bill Oddie's Gone Birding) and television programmes.

Northfield Hospital

The Northfield Hospital was a psychiatric hospital located at Tessal Lane, Northfield in Birmingham, England, and is famous primarily for the work on group psychotherapy that took place there in the years of the Second World War. Newman University, Birmingham

Newman University is a university founded in 1968 in the suburb of Bartley Green in Birmingham, England. It was called Newman College of Higher Education until January 2008, after it gained degree-granting powers in September 2007 becoming Newman University College.
