Agar Town

Agar Town (also known as Ague Town, Hagar Town, Agar-Town and Agar-town) was a short-lived area of St Pancras in central London. It was named after William Agar, a wealthy lawyer who lived at Elm Lodge, a villa in large grounds near to the Regent's Canal roughly where Barker Drive is now. Agar Town consisted of low-quality housing for poor people, built of the lowest quality materials on 21 year leases, and was generally considered a slum, although this designation has been questioned.

Metropolitan Cattle Market

The Metropolitan Cattle Market (later Caledonian Market), just off the Caledonian Road in what is now the Borough of Islington, was built by the City of London Corporation and was opened in June 1855 by Prince Albert. The market was supplementary to the meat market at Smithfield and was established to remove the difficulty of managing live cattle at that latter site.

All Saints, Camden Town

All Saints, Camden Town is a church in the Camden Town area of London, England. It was built for the Church of England, but it is now a Greek Orthodox church known as the Greek Orthodox Church of All Saints. It is located at the junction of Camden and Pratt Streets.

Royal Veterinary College

The Royal Veterinary College (informally the RVC) is a veterinary school located in London, United Kingdom and a constituent college of the federal University of London. The RVC was founded in 1791 and joined the University of London in 1949. It is the oldest and largest veterinary school in the United Kingdom, and one of only five in England where students can study to become a Vet. The RVC is one of the United Hospitals.
