Walton Studios

The Walton Studios (originally named Hepworth Studios and for some time later named Nettlefold Studios) was a British film studio situated in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. The studios were opened in 1899 by Cecil Hepworth. The studios were once a great contributor to British film-making. The decline of the British film industry led to the studios sale to various owners, eventually being used for Television production, before being closed in 1961 and demolished.

River Ash, Surrey

The River Ash is a small river in Surrey, England and its course of some 10 km or 6 miles is just outside Greater London. The course of the river has been much influenced by human action. It flows from the River Colne, just south of Staines Moor, eastwards through the borough of Spelthorne, running through the towns of Staines-upon-Thames, Ashford and Shepperton before joining the River Thames in the creek behind Sunbury Lock at Sunbury.

Rush (Thorpe Park)

Rush is a giant swing ride at Thorpe Park in Chertsey, Surrey which opened at the park alongside another S&S Power thrill ride, Slammer, in 2005. At this time it was the tallest ride of its type in the world.
