Barrington is a civil parish in the Cotswold district of Gloucestershire, England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 209. The parish includes the villages of Great Barrington and Little Barrington, on either side of the River Windrush. To the east the parish borders Oxfordshire.

It is a former country house that has been converted into flats and has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building. At Sherborne House, John G. Bennett founded the International Academy for Continuous Education. Its Fifth Course began in October 1975 and lasted for ten months; it was attended by guitarist Robert Fripp after the dissolution of King Crimson.
