Royal Victoria Place (RVP) is a mostly covered shopping mall located in the town of Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The centre features a 3 floor Fenwick's department store, a 2 floor Marks and Spencer, a 2 floor Bhs, a 2 floor Boots and around 110 other stores, as well as a community centre (the Camden Centre) managed by Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. The centre was opened by Diana, Princess of Wales on 21 October 1992 after 36 months of construction.

Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells

The Assembly Hall Theatre is a theatre in Tunbridge Wells seating 1020 people. The theatre hosts a variety of popular music, comedy, family, dance, drama, classical music and variety events, as well as an annual pantomime. Since 1967, the Assembly Hall has been home to the Tunbridge Wells Operatic and Dramatic Society. Their first performance was Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Gondoliers. Past performers have included Coolio, Let Loose and The Stranglers.

Great Culverden

Great Culverden is a house, built in 1830 by Jacob Jeddere Fisher, in Tunbridge Wells in Kent, England. About half a mile from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, in the Mount Ephraim area, lies a small 9½ acre wood, known as Great Culverden Park. The first big house built on the highest point in that wood was known as Culverden House. When Jacob Jeddere Fisher pulled down the old house and built himself another, in 1830, he named it Great Culverden.
