Stokesley Rural District

Stokesley was a rural district in the North Riding of Yorkshire from 1894 to 1974. Hilton, North Yorkshire

Hilton is a village and civil parish in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees and the ceremonial county of North Yorkshire, England. It is a small village with an estimated population of around 400. Until the 1960s the village consisted of only around a dozen properties plus a few farms, but several small-scale housing developments in the 1970s and 1990s have seen the size of the village increase dramatically. The village has no shop, but has retained its pub, The Falcon (formerly The Fox & Hounds).

Cringle Moor

Cringle Moor is the third highest hill in the North York Moors, and the highest point west of Clay Bank. The hill is crossed by the Cleveland Way National Trail and is a part of Wainwrights Coast to Coast Walk, which also passes over the neighbouring tops of Cold Moor, Carlton Moor, Live Moor and Hasty Bank—a section of the walk which Wainwright describes as 'one of the finest'. It is also part of the Lyke Wake Walk.

High Leven is a village within the borough of Stockton-on-Tees and ceremonial county of North Yorkshire, England, and is located towards the mouth of the River Leven. Sheepwash, North Yorkshire

Sheepwash is a popular tourist spot in the North York Moors, North Yorkshire, England. It is located on Cod Beck which flows into Cod Beck Reservoir near Osmotherley. The name derives from the fact that shepherds bring their sheep down from the surrounding moorland and wash them in the beck at the ford.
