Springhead

Springhead lies at the source of the River Ebbsfleet, just southwest of the Gravesend suburban conurbations. Springhead forms one of the major quarters of the Ebbsfleet Valley development, with housing and the associated facilities now under construction. It is the point at which the High Speed 1 rail line meets the A2 road.

Longfield and New Barn

Longfield and New Barn is a civil parish in Dartford Borough, Kent, England. It is named after two of the villages it covers, Longfield and New Barn, it also covers the settlement of Longfield Hill. Longfield is the ancient village, situated on the road between Dartford and Meopham; the historic church there is dedicated to St Mary Magdalene. New Barn is larger in population than Longfield, although has little in the way of services, being a recent development and purely residential in nature.

Ebbsfleet International railway station

Ebbsfleet International railway station is a railway station in Ebbsfleet Valley, in the Borough of Dartford, Kent, 10 miles outside the eastern boundary of Greater London, England. It is near Dartford and the Bluewater shopping centre to the west and Gravesend to the east. Ebbsfleet International station is a part of the Thames Gateway urban regeneration, a project of national priority.

Fawkham Junction

Fawkham Junction is a railway junction that currently connects High Speed 1 with the Kent Rail Network. Originally the Junction was part of the London, Chatham and Dover Railway's line to Gravesend West (Gravesend which was already served by the South Eastern Railway's North Kent Line). The intermediate stations were: Longfield Halt, Southfleet, Rosherville Halt and Gravesend West.
