Pinkhill Lock
Pinkhill Lock is a lock on the River Thames in England. It is close to Farmoor, Oxfordshire. The first lock was built of stone by Daniel Harris for the Thames Navigation Commission in 1791. Farmoor Reservoir
Farmoor Reservoir is a reservoir at Farmoor, Oxfordshire, England, about 8 km west of the city of Oxford. It is close to the left bank of the River Thames. Like most of the reservoirs in the Thames Valley, it was not formed by damming a valley. In this case the banks were raised above the local ground level using material excavated from within the bowl of the reservoir. The reservoir is split into Stage 1 (completed 1967, 4,544 million litres) and Stage 2 (completed 1976, 9,298 million litres).

Eynsham Abbey
Eynsham Abbey was a Benedictine monastery in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, in England between 1005 and 1538. King Æthelred allowed Æthelmær the Stout to found the abbey in 1005. There is some evidence that the abbey was built on the site of an earlier minster, probably founded in the 7th or 8th centuries. The first abbot of the abbey was the prolific writer Ælfric (c.955-c.1010). For some reason the abbey was destroyed at the Norman Conquest. Eynsham Abbey was in the Diocese of Dorchester.

Northmoor Lock
Northmoor Lock is a lock on the River Thames in Oxfordshire, England, on the northern bank about a mile from Northmoor. The lock was built in 1896 by the Thames Conservancy to replace a flash lock at Hart's Weir, also known as Ridge's Weir, about a mile upstream and another at Ark Weir downstream.

Swinford Toll Bridge
Swinford Toll Bridge is a privately owned toll bridge south of Eynsham, England that crosses the River Thames just above Eynsham Lock. The bridge carries the road between Farmoor and Eynsham. From 1922 this was classified as the A40 road, but since the Eynsham bypass was completed to carry the A40 in 1936 the Farmoor - Eynsham road has been reclassified as the B4044.
