Nantmel Landfill Site

Nantmel Landfill Site is a closed waste-disposal site situated in the community of Nantmel, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Wales. It operated from 1960 to 1990, accepting domestic, commercial, non-hazardous industrial, inert and asbestos waste. It was one of 80 municipal landfill sites in Powys, of which all have now closed. Three privately owned sites still operate within the county.

Nant Glas

Nant Glas (or Nant-glas) is a village in the Elan Valley near Rhayader and Llandrindod Wells in Powys, Wales. It is on a side road between the A44 to the north-east and the A470 to the south-west. Willow Globe Theatre

The Willow Globe Theatre is an open air community theatre in Powys, Mid Wales. It is a scaled down version of the Globe Theatre in London, about a third of its size in diameter and similar to the Open Air Theatre, Regent's Park in London. The theatre is formed from living willow trees that have been woven together from a design by Dr Rebecca Heaton. It seats an audience of around 150 people. The theatre was formally opened on 22 April 2007.
