Gregynog Hall

Gregynog is a large country mansion in the village of Tregynon, 4 miles (6 km) northwest of Newtown in the old county of Montgomeryshire, now Powys in mid Wales. There has been a settlement on the site since the twelfth century. From the fifteenth to the nineteenth centuries it was the home of the Blayney and Hanbury-Tracy families.

Newtown (Powys) railway station

Newtown railway station is a railway station serving Newtown in Powys, Wales. The station currently has two through platforms, which are used separately for trains in either direction. The station is usually used as one of the passing points for trains on the Cambrian Line as it is a single track. The station does have one west facing bay platform/siding which is periodically used as a storage point for Network Rail's Departmental trains.

Latham Park

Latham Park is a multi-purpose stadium in Newtown, Wales. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Newtown F.C.. The stadium holds 5,000 people and is named after former Wales international footballer George Latham.
