WZZX is a radio station licensed to serve Lineville, Alabama. The station is owned by Williams Communications Inc. It airs a Classic Country music format. The station was assigned the WZZX call letters by the Federal Communications Commission. Previously the call sign "WZZX" was assigned to a 6KW Class A FM station licensed to Jeffersontown, Kentucky, serving the Louisville market. With the slogan "Album Rock In Stereo" it was one of the last independent free-form album rock formats.

Little Tallapoosa River

Little Tallapoosa River is a 97-mile-long river in Georgia and Alabama, in the United States. It rises in northern Carroll County, Georgia near the city of Villa Rica and flows southwest into Alabama, joining the Tallapoosa River in Randolph County near the head of R.L. Harris Reservoir. It is a water source for the city of Carrollton, Georgia.

R.L. Harris Dam

R.L. Harris Dam is a hydroelectric dam in Clay County, Alabama, the fourth of four such dams on the Tallapoosa River. R. L. Harris Lake, also known as Lake Wedowee, was impounded April 20, 1983 and named for Rother L. "Judge" Harris, an Alabama Power director and vice president of electric operations. The lake covers 10,600 acres (43 km²) with 271 miles (436 km) of shoreline and a maximum capacity of 426,000 acre-feet. The nearest town is Wedowee, Alabama.

Lake Wedowee

Lake Wedowee, or R. L. Harris Reservoir, is a reservoir, located in Randolph County, Alabama on the upper part of the Tallapoosa River. The lake is 10,660 acres. This lake was built at one of the last hydro sites in Alabama.
