WLJS-FM

WLJS-FM is the student-run non-commercial educational college radio station of Jacksonville State University. The station was established for the purpose of giving students an environment in which they could learn to be radio broadcasters. WLJS is maintained by the JSU Department of Communication, which is also the parent organization of the campus newspaper, The Chanticleer, and the Mimosa yearbook. WLJS is located in Self Hall, home to JSU's Department of Communication.

WJCK FM 88.3, known as "Praise FM", is a radio station licensed to serve Piedmont, Alabama, USA. Jacksonville High School is a public high school located in Jacksonville, Alabama and serving grades 7-12. It is part of the Jacksonville City Schools system. Its colors are Navy Blue and Old Gold and its mascot is the Golden Eagle. The school was built on part of the site of the former Jacksonville Airport.

Pete Mathews Coliseum

Pete Mathews Coliseum is a 5,300-seat multi-purpose arena in Jacksonville, Alabama. It is home to the Jacksonville State University Gamecocks men's and women's basketball teams as well as the women's volleyball team. It also hosts the annual Calhoun County High School Basketball Tournament held each January, in which all high school basketball teams in Calhoun County, Alabama compete. The arena has been the annual host for this event since the early 1990s.
