It is affiliated as a division of the University of Arkansas System as a result a merger by act of the Arkansas Legislature in 1995 and is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. KTSS-LP

KTSS-LP is an Ion Television affiliate broadcasting from Hope, Arkansas on channel 50. The channel airs a wide variety of local shows which it produces, paid religious programming, Ion network shows and infomercials. The station was founded in 1994 by Kevin McKinnon and the non-profit group Christian Community Television(CCT). McKinnon and Sandra May purchased the station's assets in 1998 to operate the station commercially as Hope Television, Inc.
