Four States Arena

The Four States Arena is a 5,600-seat multi-purpose arena in Texarkana, Texas. Built in 1985, the venue is located at the Four States Fairgrounds which is within the limits of Bobby Ferguson Park. The arena has been home to the Central Hockey League's Border City Bandits (2000-2001) as well as another minor league hockey team sharing the same nickname, the Texarkana Bandits (not to be confused with the prior team) from 2001-2006.

Texarkana is the largest city and the county seat of Miller County, Arkansas, United States. It effectively functions as one half of a city which crosses a state line — the other half, the city of Texarkana, Texas, lies on the other side of State Line Avenue. According to 2010 Census, the population of the city is 29,919, ranking it as the state's 12th largest city, behind Hot Springs.

Miller County is a county located in the southwestern corner of the U.S. state of Arkansas. It is part of the Texarkana, Texas - Texarkana, Arkansas, Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2010, the population was 43,462. The county seat is Texarkana. When first formed, Miller County was Arkansas's sixth county, established on April 1, 1820, and named for James Miller, the first governor of the Arkansas Territory.
