Waldron High School (Arkansas)

Waldron High School is a comprehensive public secondary school located in Waldron, Arkansas, United States. The school educates more than 450 students annually in grades nine through twelve. Waldron is the larger of two public high schools in Scott County and is the sole high school administered by the Waldron School District.

Scott County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of 2010, the population was 11,233. The county seat is Waldron. Scott County is Arkansas' 28th county, formed on November 5, 1833, and named for Andrew Scott, a justice of the Supreme Court of the Arkansas Territory. It is an alcohol prohibition or dry county.

KHGG-FM

KHGG-FM is an all sports radio station in Waldron, Arkansas, broadcasting at 103.1 MHz FM to the Fort Smith market, ranked by Arbitron as the nation's 176th largest market. The station was originally a low-power FM station with the call letters KRWA (K Radio Waldron Arkansas), playing country music and southern gospel. It was put on the air by Haskell Jones, who owned two radio stations in DeQueen at the time. KRWA went through a number of owners.
