Harbin Hot Springs is a non-profit hot spring retreat and workshop center in Harbin Springs, Lake County, in Northern California, about two hours northeast of the San Francisco Bay Area. As of 2012, this clothing optional retreat center, formerly a late 1960s commune, is known as an outdoor spa with a New Age ambience, where Watsu was developed.

Annika Östberg

Annika Maria Östberg Deasy is a Swedish citizen formerly incarcerated in California for an undetermined period (25 years to life sentence). She was convicted of first-degree murder of a restaurant owner and a police officer in 1981. In April 2009, after 27 years in a California prison, Östberg was handed over to Swedish authorities and transferred to Sweden, and incarcerated in the Hinseberg women's prison north of Örebro.

Rancho Collayomi

Rancho Collayomi (also called Rancho Callayomi) was a 8,242-acre Mexican land grant in present day Lake County, California given in 1844 by Governor Manuel Micheltorena to Robert T. Ridley. Rancho Collayomi was one of three land grants in Lake County. Lake County was formed in 1861 of land taken mainly from Napa County and the northwest portion taken from Mendocino County.

Cobb Mountain

Cobb Mountain is the tallest mountain in the Mayacamas Mountains of California. Its 4720+ feet, (1439+ m) main summit is located in Lake County, west of the town of Cobb. Like nearby Mount Saint Helena, Cobb Mountain is tall enough to receive winter snowfall. The mountain also has a sub-peak named Cobb Mountain – Southwest Peak with an elevation of about 4480+ feet, (1366+ m); Southwest Peak lies on the Sonoma-Lake county line and is the highest point in Sonoma County.
