Bouldin Island is an island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta in San Joaquin County, California, 20 kilometres northwest of Stockton. The 2,400 ha island is bounded to the north by South Mokelumne River which separates the island from Staten Island. To the east, the island is bounded by Little Potato Slough, to the south by Potato Slough, and to the west by the Mokelumne River.

It is owned by the Hilton Family (Baron) and the DiNapoli family. The 1,250 ha island is bounded on the north- and northeast by Potato Slough, on the southeast by Little Connection Slough, on the south by the Stockton Deepwater Channel Venice Cut, and on the west, the San Joaquin River.
