Hudson Gardens

The Hudson Gardens 30 acres (121,000 m²) are non-profit botanical gardens located along the bank of the South Platte River, at 6115 South Santa Fe Drive in Littleton, Colorado, USA. They are open 365 days a year, with no admission fee from November through April. The Gardens began in 1941 as the private garden of Colonel King C. and Evelyn Leigh Hudson, and became public in 1996.

Arapahoe Community College

Founded in 1965, Arapahoe Community College (ACC) was the first community college to open in the Denver area. What began as Arapahoe Junior College with 550 students, has grown into a vibrant community college serving over 18,000 credit and non-credit students yearly. The College now offers over 100 degree and certificate programs. ACC is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

Columbine, Colorado

Columbine is a census-designated place (CDP) in Arapahoe and Jefferson Counties in the U.S. state of Colorado. Located mostly in Jefferson County, it lies immediately west of Littleton. The population was 24,280 at the 2010 census. Columbine High School, made infamous by two senior students named Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold in the April 20, 1999 massacre, is located in the Columbine CDP. The ZIP code for the community is 80128.
