Fenwick Island, Delaware

Fenwick Island is a coastal town in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. According to 2010 census figures, the population of the town is 379, a 10.8% increase over the last decade. It is part of the Seaford, Delaware Micropolitan Statistical Area. Fenwick Island and its neighbors to the north, Bethany Beach and South Bethany are popularly known as "The Quiet Resorts". This is in contradistinction to the wild atmosphere of Dewey Beach and the cosmopolitan bustle of Rehoboth Beach.

WEES-LP

WEES-LP is a non-commercial radio station licensed to serve Ocean City, Maryland. The station is owned by Edinboro Early School Inc. It airs a Variety format featuring educational programs, oldies music, community affairs programs, and other locally produced programs. WEES-LP maintains a public studio in the Gold Coast Mall on the Coastal Highway in Ocean City. The station was assigned the WEES-LP call letters by the Federal Communications Commission on April 25, 2001.

Assawoman Bay

Assawoman Bay is a lagoon that is located between Ocean City, Maryland and mainland Delmarva. The bay is located on the northern end of the city, the bay on the southern end is called the Isle of Wight Bay. Another bay called Little Assawoman Bay extends into southern Delaware, and is geologically separated from the main estuaries, by a narrow strait locally referred to as "The Ditch" which crosses the Transpeninsular Line.
