The James T. Vaughn Correctional Center (JTVCC), formerly the Delaware Correctional Center (DCC), is a state prison for men in unincorporated New Castle County, Delaware, USA, near Smyrna. The tower is an active aid to navigation. The tower stands near the site of an earlier lighthouse, known as the 'Old Reedy Island Light'. The Reedy Island Range Front Light is 2.8 miles north on a 22-foot skeletal tower.
