Five Forks is an unincorporated community in Gwinnett County in the U.S. state of Georgia near the intersections of River Road, Five Forks Trickum, Oak Road and Dogwood Road. It is a former mail-stop served from the mid-1800s to early 1900s by the Yellow River Post Office and still appears on maps as a small town between Snellville and Lawrenceville. It is connected to another nearby mail-stop called Trickum by the unusually-named Five Forks Trickum Road.

Alton C. Crews Middle School is a middle school in the Brookwood Cluster of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Dr. Stacey Schepens is the school principal. It is a part of Gwinnett County Public Schools. Founded in 1996, the school is named after Dr. Alton C. Crews (1924–1996), a 13-year former superintendent of Gwinnett County Public Schools (1977–1989). With student population rising every year, the addition of trailers has been constant. A new portion of school was completed in 2007/2008.

Luxomni, Georgia
Luxomni (Latin, meaning "light all") was a small community between central and southwestern Gwinnett County, Georgia, on a railroad line just east-northeast of Lilburn. It was founded in 1891 around a rail depot, on the line to Lawrenceville, the county seat. The town has largely been absorbed into Lilburn and greater Gwinnett County, and is no longer part of the local vernacular. It had its own post office, a Masonic lodge, a general store, and a Baptist church.
