The Polio Hall of Fame (or the Polio Wall of Fame) consists of a linear grouping of sculptured busts of fifteen scientists and two laymen who made important contributions to the knowledge and treatment of poliomyelitis. Meriwether County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. It was created on December 14, 1827. As of 2000, the population was 22,534. The 2009 Census Estimate reflects a population of 22,783. The county seat is Greenville. It is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.

WJSP-TV

WJSP-TV 23, part of the Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) member Public broadcasting network, serves Columbus, Georgia and the surrounding west-central Georgia and far east-central Alabama region. The transmitter and radio antenna are located just south of Warm Springs on the same radio tower as WJSP-FM 88.1. It's one of only two GPB stations actually licensed to a major Georgia city, the other being WVAN-TV in Savannah.
