It is part of Bremen Community High School District 228 which also includes Tinley Park High School, Hillcrest High School and Bremen High School. It serves most of the community of Oak Forest, as well as portions of Midlothian and Crestwood in Bremen Township in the south suburbs of Chicago in Cook County.

Bachelor's Grove Cemetery
Bachelor's Grove Cemetery is a small, abandoned cemetery in section 8 of Bremen Township, Cook County, Illinois. The location is just northwest of Midlothian and Oak Forest, and near the Rubio Woods Forest Preserve on the Midlothian Turnpike, in the southwest Chicago suburbs. It is well known for its haunted reputation and supposed ghost sightings.

Standard Bank Stadium
Standard Bank Stadium is a baseball field located in Crestwood, Illinois. The stadium was built in 1999 and holds 3,200 people. It is the home field of the 2007 and 2008 Frontier League Champion Windy City ThunderBolts. The park features one of the few minor league baseball stadium upper decks in the country. The park was built for the Cook County Cheetahs however new ownership changed the name of the team into the current Windy City ThunderBolts.
