Cannelburg is a town in Barr Township, Daviess County, Indiana, United States. The population was 135 at the 2010 census. The settlement was first known as Clark's Station, after an early settler, renamed in 1872 for the cannel coal mined in the area.

Barr-Reeve Junior-Senior High School

Barr-Reeve Junior/Senior High School is a public school located in Montgomery, Indiana serving Barr and Reeve Townships and is located in southeastern Daviess County. The school is a consolidation of Alfordsville and Montgomery High Schools and opened in 1965. Barr-Reeve is also only one of two public schools in Indiana to boast a perfect 100% graduation rate for both the 2009-2010, and 2010-2011 school years.

WRZR (94.5 FM, "94.5 The Razor") is a radio station broadcasting a classic rock format. Licensed to Loogootee, Indiana, USA, the station is currently owned by Hembree Communications, Inc. and features programing from Dial Global. WRZR hit the airwaves in Southwestern Indiana on Pearl Harbor Day (December 7) 1984 as WKMD FM Radio 94.3 owned by Community Broadcasting Services of Loogootee. The Station changed frequencies on August 13, 1994 to 94.1 FM.
