Roman Catholic Diocese of Evansville
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Evansville is a division of the Roman Catholic Church in Southwestern Indiana. It was erected on October 21, 1944, from territory that had previously been part of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The Diocese of Evansville includes all or part of 12 counties in Southwestern Indiana. Bosse Field
Bosse Field, is a baseball stadium located in Evansville, Indiana. Built in 1915, it is the fifth-oldest ballpark used for professional baseball on a regular basis in the country, surpassed only by Rickwood Field (1910) in Birmingham, Fenway Park (1912) in Boston, Wrigley Field (1914) in Chicago, and Jackie Robinson Ballpark in Daytona Beach, FL (1914). It is the current home of the Frontier League Evansville Otters, a minor league baseball team.
