WTIU channel 30 (digital 14) is the local Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) member public television station for Bloomington, Indiana, United States, and surrounding areas. Its studios are located on the campus of Indiana University, along with the radio station WFIU. The station serves much of the southern portion of the Indianapolis market, and is also available on cable in Terre Haute.

WFIU is a public radio FM station broadcasting from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. The station is a member station of NPR, Public Radio International and American Public Media. Lake Monroe (Indiana)

Lake Monroe is a reservoir located about 10 miles (16 km) southeast of Bloomington, Indiana, United States. The lake is the largest wholly in Indiana with 10,750 acres of water surface area spread over the counties of Monroe and Brown. Capacity varies from 292e6 cubic metres to 428e6 cubic metres depending on water level. It is also home to 13,202 acres of protected forest and three recreational areas (Fairfax, Hardin Ridge, and Paynetown). Indiana's only federally protected U.S.

Bloomington High School South

Bloomington High School South (sometimes BHSS or simply South) is a high school in Bloomington, Indiana. The school currently uses a schedule consisting of three 12-week trimesters. Each class period is 65 minutes, with a 45-minute SRT period on Mondays, 45-minute Panther Plus Periods on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. SRT is essentially a homeroom and Panther Plus Periods are a time for students to get help with classes they are struggling with.
