WIBW-DT2 is the MyNetworkTV and Me-TV-affiliated television station for Topeka, Kansas. The station is a second digital subchannel of CBS affiliate WIBW-TV that is owned by Gray Television. Over-the-air, it broadcasts a digital signal on VHF channel 13.2 from a transmitter in Maple Hill. Known on-air as My Network Topeka, this can also be seen on Cox channel 11 in Topeka and Cox Cable 12 elsewhere in Northeast Kansas.

WIBW-TV

WIBW-TV is the CBS-affiliated television station for Topeka, Kansas. It broadcasts a digital signal on VHF channel 13 and its digital translator on UHF channel 44. Both operating frequencies are transmitted in Maple Hill. Owned by Gray Television, the station has studios at Southwest Commerce Place next to the interchange with I-70, I-470, U.S. 40, U.S. 75 and K-4.

Farpoint

Farpoint Observatory is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by Northeast Kansas Amateur Astronomers' League, or NEKAAL. It is located 30 miles southwest of Topeka, Kansas, USA, near Auburn. The observatory is located on the grounds of Mission Valley High School, whose Farpoint Asteroid Search Team (FAST) have an international reputation having discovered more than 330 non-NEO (Near Earth Orbit) asteroids in addition to many in NEO orbits.

Mission Valley High School (Kansas)

Mission Valley High School is a high school (grades 9-12) located in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. In 2008, it had an enrollment of 181. The Northeast Kansas Amateur Astronomers’ League Inc. (NKAAL) has a facility located on the same property as the school, Farpoint Observatory, with an international reputation for spotting over 400 asteroids and one of the faintest comets discovered by an amateur.
