The unincorporated town of Dryhill, (37.1546° North, 83.4157° West), is the proper name of Hell for Certain, located seven miles north of the small town of Hyden. Dryhill became known by this name because it is located near Hell for Certain Creek.

Hyden, Kentucky
Hyden is a city in Leslie County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 365 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Leslie County. It is located at the junction of U.S. Route 421 and Kentucky Route 80, along the Middle Fork of the Kentucky River. The area was first settled around 1817 by the John Sizemore family of North Carolina. The town was established in 1878 and incorporated in 1882, and was named after John Hyden, a state senator of the time who helped form Leslie County.

WKIC is a radio station operated by Leslie County Broadcasting with studios on Main Street in Hazard, Kentucky. It airs a CHR music format. The legendary call sign of WKIC has been heard on the AM dial for over 60 years. WKIC-FM began broadcasting at 96.5 in the 1950s. Shortly afterwards WKIC-FM moved to 94.1. In 1964 WKIC began broadcasting on 101.1. The call sign was changed to WSGS in 1970. WKIC returned to the FM dial in 2009 at 97.9.
