Quitman is a village in Jackson Parish, Louisiana, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the village population was 168. Quitman is 15 miles south of Ruston on U.S. Highway 167, and 9 miles north of Jonesboro, the parish seat of Jackson Parish. It is also adjacent to the Jackson Bienville Wildlife Area. Quitman is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area. East of Quitman is the Jimmie Davis Tabernacle, a gospel meeting hall.

It opened in 1983 and is home to the Grambling State Tigers football team and Grambling High School Kittens football team. The stadium is named in honor of famous Grambling State University head football coach, Eddie Robinson. It replaced Grambling Stadium.

It opened in 2007 and was first used as a funeral service for former Grambling State football coach, Eddie Robinson. It is named after former Tiger head basketball coach, Fred Hobdy.
