Caldwell Parish (French: Paroisse de Caldwell) is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The parish seat is Columbia and as of 2010, the population was 10,132, a decrease of 428 over the 2000 tabulation of 10,560. The parish is 81 percent white. Most residents live in the country even beyond the three rural communities in the parish.

Grayson is a village in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 531 at the 2000 census. Grayson has an elementary school, but high school students attend the nearby Caldwell Parish High School in the parish seat of Columbia. Across from the elementary school and the Grayson Town Hall is Grayson United Methodist Church, with pastor Dorothy Smith (2012). The Grayson Baptist Church is just west of U.S. Highway 165; its current pastor is Rick Crandell (2012).
