West Carroll Parish (French: Paroisse de Carroll Ouest) is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The parish seat is Oak Grove. In 2010, the census reported the West Carroll Parish population as 11,604, a decline of 710, or 5.8 percent, from the 2000 official count of 12,314. An estimate found that the 2010 population declined another .3 of 1 percent by 2011.

The original Carroll Parish, before it was divided into "East" and "West" segments, was named for Charles Carroll of Carrollton, Maryland, the only Roman Catholic signer of the Declaration of Independence and the last surviving signer of the document.
