Sikes is a village in Winn Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 121 at the 2000 census. The village was named after James Warren Sikes, Sr. (1856–1925), a leader in the Winn Parish Baptist church and the first postmaster in the local area.

Olla is a municipality in northwest La Salle Parish, Louisiana, United States. Olla has a federally recognized downtown Historic District. The population was 1,617 at the 2010 census.
