Dubach is a town in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 800 at the 2000 census. Dubach High School, located centrally in the town, is noted for fielding good athletic teams in basketball and often defeats teams from much larger towns and cities. Dubach is also known as the "Dogtrot Capital of the World" because of the presence of numerous nearby dogtrot houses. Dubach is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Vienna is a town in Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 424 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area. During the American Civil War, Confederate troops drilled at a new camp established in 1862 in Vienna. Later in the war, a parolee camp was established at Vienna.

Lincoln Parish is a parish located in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The parish seat is Ruston. In the 2010 census, the population was 46,735, an increase of 4,226, or 10 percent, over the 2000 tabulation of 42,509. The parish is 41 percent African American. Lincoln and neighboring Jackson Parish are part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Joe Aillet Stadium

Joe Aillet Stadium (formerly Louisiana Tech Stadium) is a college football stadium in Ruston, Louisiana. It is the home field of the Louisiana Tech University Bulldogs football team. Originally called Louisiana Tech Stadium, the facility opened in 1968 and was renamed for retired head football coach Joe Aillet in 1972.

Thomas Assembly Center

The Samuel M. Thomas Assembly Center is an 8,098-seat multi-purpose arena in Ruston, Louisiana. The arena, named for its benefactor and businessman Samuel M. Thomas, is home to the Division I NCAA Louisiana Tech University Bulldogs (men) and Lady Techsters (women) basketball teams. The arena opened in November 1982 just west of Joe Aillet Stadium, and replaced the then-thirty-year-old Memorial Gymnasium on the corner of Tech Drive and Railroad Avenue.
