Narraguagus River

The Narraguagus River is a river located in the U.S. state of Maine with its mouth in the Narraguagus Bay of the Gulf of Maine. It flows through the town of Cherryfield and was formerly well known for its sport fly fishing for Atlantic salmon. This was a traditional highlight of late spring with anglers gathering from afar for the Memorial Day weekend fishing kick-off. The native salmon run has unfortunately been much reduced due to many different factors.

Narraguagus Bay

Narraguagus Bay is a bay in Washington County, Maine. Located at the mouth of the Narraguagus River between the towns of Harrington and Milbridge, it is separated from Harrington Bay to the northeast by Fastet Island and Pleasant Bay to the east by Dyer Island. The bay extends roughly 4.5 mi. (7 km) and is 2 mi. (3 km) at its widest.

Harrington Bay is a bay in Washington County, Maine. Located between the towns of Harrington and Milbridge, it is separated from Pleasant Bay on the east by Ripley Neck, and from Narraguagus Bay on the west and south by Fastet Island and Dyer Island. The bay extends roughly 6 mi. (10 km) and is 3 mi. (5 km) at its widest.
