Temple is a town in Franklin County, Maine, United States. The town was named after Temple, New Hampshire. It is located at the end of Maine State Route 43 (Temple Road), and is said to be one of only two towns in Maine to be situated at the end of a public highway. The population was 528 at the 2010 census.

WKTJ-FM

WKTJ-FM is an American FM radio station licenced to Farmington, Maine and on air as Big Hits 99-3 KTJ. The station has been on the air since 1973 but an AM station (co-owned and off the air since the early 1990s) with the same call letters dates back to 1959. WUMF

WUMF is the student run radio station of the University of Maine Farmington, located in Farmington, Maine broadcasting on 91.5 FM. Previous to occupying the 91.5 frequency WUMF was located on several frequencies including 91.9, 92.3, 100.5, and 100.1 (the station moved off 92.3 to make room for a WMME upgrade. The station reports music played to College Music Journal however popular music can be heard, as well as talk and sports programming.
