The Roland E. Powell Convention Center, also known as the Ocean City Convention Center, is a multi-purpose convention center in Ocean City, Maryland, USA. It contains 182,200 sq ft of floor space. It can also be converted into a 5,000 seat indoor arena that can host sporting events, like wrestling, as well as concerts. It is named after former mayor of Ocean City, Roland E. Powell.

Ocean City, sometimes known as OC, or OCMD, is an Atlantic Ocean resort town in Worcester County, Maryland, United States. Ocean City is widely known in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States and is a frequent destination for vacationers in that area. The population was 7,102 at the 2010 census, although during summer weekends the city hosts between 320,000 and 345,000 vacationers, and up to 8 million visitors annually.

Assawoman Bay

Assawoman Bay is a lagoon that is located between Ocean City, Maryland and mainland Delmarva. The bay is located on the northern end of the city, the bay on the southern end is called the Isle of Wight Bay. Another bay called Little Assawoman Bay extends into southern Delaware, and is geologically separated from the main estuaries, by a narrow strait locally referred to as "The Ditch" which crosses the Transpeninsular Line.

Trimper's Rides

Trimper's Rides is a historic amusement park located near the inlet at South First Street and the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland,in The United States. It was founded in 1893 as The Windsor Resort, and is over 100 years old. It is located at the south end of the boardwalk, where it consists of a year-round indoor facility, The Haunted House (which resides on its own lot on the Boardwalk strip), and three outdoor lots.
