WOCN-FM (104.7 FM, "Ocean 104.7") is a soft Adult Contemporary radio station licensed to Orleans, Massachusetts. The station is licensed to Sandab Communications (doing business as Cape Cod Broadcasting) and operated locally. WOCN-FM is a sister station to WQRC, WFCC-FM, and WKPE-FM. The WOCN call letters had formerly belonged to an FM sister station of Miami-based WOCN.

Orleans Cove

Orleans Cove is the cove in the town of Orleans, Massachusetts Looking for a place to establish a settlement, Samuel de Champlain came ashore at Orleans Cove in 1605. Champlain liked the area, but commented that "too many people already lived there". Champlain went back north, landing in Nova Scotia at an inlet on the south shore of Baie Francaise, which Champlain named Port Royal.

Eastham Windmill

The Eastham Windmill, located in Eastham, Massachusetts, is the oldest windmill on Cape Cod. It was constructed by Eastham resident Thomas Paine in Plymouth in 1680. It was first moved to nearby Truro in 1770, then finally to Eastham in 1793. In 1808 the windmill was moved to its present location, near the Eastham Town Hall and the Eastham Public Library. Eastham Windmill, as part of the Eastham Center Historic District, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

SS James Longstreet

SS James Longstreet (Hull Number 112) was a Liberty ship built in the United States during World War II at a cost of $1,833,400. She was named after the Confederate general James Longstreet. She was laid down on 3 December 1941, then launched on 2 April 1942. On 26 October 1943, she ran aground in a gale in 1943 and was declared a total loss. Instead of being scrapped, she was acquired by the US Navy in June 1944 and used as a target ship for early air to surface guided missiles.

Brewster Flats

The Brewster Flats are tidal flats on Cape Cod Bay in Massachusetts, particularly near the town of Brewster, and are a unique environment. They are the widest expanse of tidal flats in North America, rivaled in the western hemisphere only by a similar expanse in Brazil. The flats extend all the way to North Eastham.
