The Leelanau School is a coed non-profit boarding high school located in Glen Arbor, Michigan. The school was founded in 1929, and is a small, college-preparatory school with 42 acres of land with 13 year-round and 9 seasonal building structures. Crystal River (Michigan)

The Crystal River is a 6.3-mile-long stream located in the southwest section of Leelanau County in northern Michigan's Lower Peninsula, flowing from Glen Lake through sections of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore into Lake Michigan just north of the small town of Glen Arbor. Although the straight-line distance between Glen Lake and Lake Michigan is only 1.2 miles, the river meanders through swamp lands for more than 5 times that distance.

Glen Lake

Glen Lake is a lake located in Leelanau County in the U.S. state of Michigan, near Lake Michigan. Several villages and hamlets lie along or near its shore, including Burdickville, Glen Arbor, and Glen Haven. The lake actually consists of two large bodies of water connected by a narrow channel crossed by the State Route 22 bridge, with the larger body to the east being referred to as "Big Glen Lake" and the smaller body to the west as "Little Glen Lake".

WGFN

WGFN is one of four radio stations in the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan that simulcast a classic rock format, with The Bob & Tom Show & Nights with Alice Cooper, called "The Bear". Those stations are: 98.1 WGFN Glen Arbor 107.1 WCKC Cadillac 94.5 WOEZ Mackinaw City 93.9 WAVC Mio Two other Michigan stations, 105.1 WGFM out of Cheboygan and 97.9 WIHC out of Newberry had previously been Bear simulcasts.

WJZJ

WGFM (105.1 FM) in Cheboygan, Michigan is an American radio station, which airs a mainstream rock format branded as Rock 105. WGFM boasts a 100,000-watt signal which easily covers most of northern Lower Michigan from Grayling northward and extends into the eastern Upper Peninsula. Rock 105 is also heard on translator W279CC (103.7 FM) in Alpena. The station formerly simulcast with WJZJ 95.5 FM in the Traverse City area as "Real Rock 105 and 95-5" until April 1, 2013.
