Canton Charter Township, Michigan

The Charter Township of Canton, usually referred to as Canton, is a charter township of Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The commuter town is located 23 miles west of Detroit and 17 miles east of Ann Arbor. Michigan Assembly Plant

Michigan Assembly Plant, formerly known as Michigan Truck Plant, is a Ford Motor Company assembly plant in Wayne, Michigan. The plant employs 1,200 (September 2008), comprises three main buildings with 2,900,000 sq ft of factory floor space and is located adjacent to Wayne Stamping & Assembly. The plant began manufacturing the third generation, North American Ford Focus on December 14, 2010.

Willow Run Airport

Willow Run Airport is an airport located in Van Buren Charter Township and in Ypsilanti Township, near Ypsilanti, Michigan, that serves freight, corporate, and general aviation clients. No commercial passenger services are available at the airport, due to its close proximity to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.
