New Point is an unincorporated community in eastern Holt County, Missouri, United States. It is located about five miles northeast of Oregon. It was originally named Grant. Its post office has closed and mail now comes from Oregon. Its most famous citizen is football Hall of Famer, Roger Wehrli, born in 1947.

KBJO-LD is an upcoming television station, licensed to St. Joseph, Missouri, that will serve parts of northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas.
