Steffenville is an unincorporated community in southwestern Lewis County, Missouri, United States. It is located on Missouri Supplemental Route D about 22 miles southwest of Canton. The community is part of the Quincy, IL–MO Micropolitan Statistical Area. It was named after a man named Casper Adam Steffen, hence the name "Steffenville, Missouri. " Casper was born in 1802 in Germany to Jacques Steffen and Marquerite Michelbach.
