Sulphur Springs is an unincorporated community in eastern Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is located near Barnhart On August 5, 1922, at Sulphur Springs, two trains collided on the Iron Mountain Railroad tracks with 34 people killed and 150 injured in the largest train accident in Missouri history.

Windsor High School (Imperial, Missouri)

Windsor High School is a public high school in Imperial, Missouri that is part of the Windsor School District. Windsor High School was named after a sunken Civil War gun-boat that was docked in the Mississippi River in Kimmswick, MO. The "gun-boat" has never been recorded in military or navel records and could have been used as a decoy to ward off Confederate raiding parties. This ship was sunk in the late 19th century during an ice storm.
