Lake Solitude (New Hampshire)

Lake Solitude, 2,510 feet, is a highland tarn located at the top of Sunapee Ridge between the main summit of Mount Sunapee and South Peak. The lake, 4.61 acres (18,656 m²), is approximately 832 feet long by 383 feet wide and is located within Newbury, New Hampshire and Mount Sunapee State Park. A popular hiking destination, Lake Solitude is accessible via the 50-mile Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway Trail.

East Lempster, New Hampshire

East Lempster is an unincorporated village in the town of Lempster in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. The village is located at the intersection of New Hampshire Route 10 with the Second New Hampshire Turnpike, a country road leading northwest to Lempster village, the town of Unity, and the city of Claremont. Route 10 connects East Lempster with Newport to the north and Marlow and Keene to the south.
