As of the 2010 United States Census, the city's population was 2,577, reflecting a decline of 84 (-3.2%) from the 2,661 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 312 (-10.5%) from the 2,973 counted in the 1990 Census. Beverly was originally incorporated as a borough on March 5, 1850, within Willingboro Township.

Beverly/Edgewater Park is a station on the River Line light rail system, located on Railroad Avenue in Beverly, New Jersey, USA. The station opened on March 15, 2004. Southbound service from the station is available to Camden, New Jersey. Northbound service is available to the Trenton Rail Station with connections to New Jersey Transit trains to New York City, SEPTA trains to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Amtrak trains.

Edgewater Park Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States and a northeastern Delaware Valley suburb of Philadelphia. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 8,881. Edgewater Park Township was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on February 26, 1924, from portions of Beverly Township (now known as Delanco Township).

Delanco Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 4,283, reflecting an increase of 1,046 (+32.3%) from the 3,237 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 79 (-2.4%) from the 3,316 counted in the 1990 Census. What is now Delanco Township was originally incorporated as Beverly Township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 1, 1859, within Willingboro Township.
