Buena (pronounced as "BYOO-na") is a borough in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,603. Landisville and Minotola are unincorporated areas located within Buena Borough, both of which had postal facilities established with those names in 1871 and 1897, respectively.

Newfield is a borough in Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 1,553, reflecting an decline of 63 (-3.9%) from the 1,616 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 24 (+1.5%) from the 1,592 counted in the 1990 Census. Newfield was formed as a borough by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 8, 1924, from portions of Franklin Township, based on the results of a referendum held on April 1, 1924.

Buena Vista Township, New Jersey

Buena Vista Township (pronounced "BYOO-nuh VISS-ta") is a township located in Atlantic County, New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township had a total population of 7,570. Buena Vista was incorporated as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 5, 1867, from portions of Hamilton Township. Portions of the township were taken on May 23, 1906, to create Folsom, and on September 1, 1948, to create Buena.
