The Township of Ocean School District is a comprehensive consolidated public school district serving students from two communities in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The district serves students in kindergarten through twelfth grade from Ocean Township and from the tiny village of Loch Arbour. As of the 2008-09 school year, the district's five schools had an enrollment of 4,180 students and 356.8 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.7.

Deal is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 Census, the borough's population was 750, reflecting a decline of 320 (-29.9%) from the 1,070 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 109 (-9.2%) from the 1,179 counted in the 1990 Census. A group from Rhode Island settled in the area of Middletown Township and Shrewsbury Township in the mid-1660s, after having purchased what was known as the Monmouth Patent.

The Deal Casino is a recreational area located on the Atlantic Ocean shore of Deal, New Jersey. Although the facility is called a "casino," there is no gambling on the premises. It features swimming pool, beach and snack bar. Behind the main gate, the complex opens on a large saltwater swimming pool. The 50 m pool is one of the largest in the state of New Jersey and is filled directly from the ocean via large pipes. Comfortable lounge and chaise chairs are located around the entire pool.

William T. Boylan Gymnasium
William T. Boylan Gymnasium is a 2,500-seat multi-purpose arena in West Long Branch, New Jersey. It was built in 1965 and was home to the Monmouth University Hawks basketball team. The Northeast Conference men's basketball tournament was held there in 1996 and 2004. The basketball teams moved into the Multipurpose Activity Center at the start of the 2009-2010 season.
