Little Silver, New Jersey
Little Silver is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 5,950, a drop of 220 (-3.6%) from the 6,170 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 449 (+7.8%) from the 5,721 counted in the 1990 Census. Little Silver was established with a Kings Land Grant in 1663 and settled in 1667.

Oceanport is a borough in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 5,832, reflecting an increase of 25 (+0.4%) from the 5,807 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 339 (-5.5%) from the 6,146 counted in the 1990 Census. Oceanport was formed as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on April 6, 1920, from portions of Eatontown Township, based on the results of a referendum held on May 11, 1920.

The Oceanport School District is a community public school district that serves students in Kindergarten through eighth grade from Oceanport, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. The district also includes students from Sea Bright, who attend as part of a sending/receiving relationship. As of the 2008-09 school year, the district's two schools had an enrollment of 703 students and 59.3 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 11.9.

Monmouth Park (NJT station)
Monmouth Park is a seasonal New Jersey Transit commuter rail station on the North Jersey Coast Line, located in Oceanport, New Jersey, and serving Monmouth Park. There were two stations: a diesel-only terminal station, and an electric-compatible station. The diesel-only stop is closer to the entrance of Monmouth Park where the special Pony Express service terminated, until the 2006 racing season. That service was discontinued afterwards and so this area is no longer used as a train station.

Shrewsbury River
The Shrewsbury River is a short stream and navigable estuary, approximately 8 mi (13 km) long, in central New Jersey in the United States. It extends ENE from its head of navigation at Oceanport to its confluence with the Navesink River estuary, then entering 1 mi (1.6 km) north in a narrow channel to Sandy Hook Bay at Highlands. The south shore runs about the entire length of the northern border of Long Branch.
